Drink two litres of water daily. 70% of the human body is liquid. Water helps to fights infections, get rid of toxins, lose weight, improve digestion, improve skin, cure headache, boost energy levels, and improve the performance of the heart, brain, kidneys, and more.
Do not drink too much water at a time – ideally, drink half a glass of water every 15 minutes. Avoid drinking water before eating, after eating, and while eating in order to avoid diluting digestive juices and weakening digestion.
Drink water on an empty stomach in the morning before brushing teeth and stop drinking water in the evening to prevent bathroom visits during the night and disturbing sleep.
